Enso was collaborating with YellowMe, a Mérida, Yucatán MX, software development firm when they contacted me to join their team and work on improving the User Experience and User Interface Design for their Enso mobile app and website. Working closely with the development team, Enso was able to build their app for iOS and Android platforms, making it easy for users to join.
While working with Enso team (Citlali Castillo, Jader Quiroga, César Salazar) I was leading the effort to conduct usability testing for their new debit card solicitation process, interviewing users and designing user flows for optimal results.
