TXM Group was looking for a Senior Designer to lead a full website redesign and bring their newly developed in-house brand to life. I was brought on by Paul Newnes, who I had previously worked with on the TalentWorks website redesign. He shared that the clarity and design quality of that project were recognized during the company’s acquisition by TXM Group—which is part of what led him to reach out and bring me in for this new phase.
The existing TXM site was outdated and no longer reflected the company’s growth or new identity. I led both the Marketing and IT teams through a Discovery and Planning phase—using tools like the Lean UX Canvas to align business goals with user needs. I then designed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and a modular design system with clear interaction guidelines to support a scalable, consistent, and future-proof digital experience.
